All parcels are shipped using a tracked mail service. Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email within 48 hours containing shipping details and a tracking number. Follow the link in the email to track your order and check the estimated arrival date.
We offer FREE shipping via USPS* for all domestic U.S. orders above $149.99. For domestic orders below $149.99, we offer First Class or Priority shipping via USPS or UPS Ground. Please note that neither USPS Priority Mail nor UPS Ground are considered expedited shipping, and we do not currently offer expedited shipping as an option.
Domestic orders received before 2:00 pm CT Monday-Friday will be processed within 48 hours; once shipped, parcels are typically delivered within 5-7 business days (estimated, excluding holidays). Orders received after 2:00 pm CT Friday, or over the weekend/on a holiday, will be processed the next business day.
*Insider tip: UPS is a great shipping option if you have experienced issues with deliveries made by USPS or other shipping services to your location. While our default courier is USPS, if you prefer UPS, please ENSURE YOU SELECT UPS at checkout. Additionally, please note that if you request UPS Ground as your method of shipment, the timeline for delivery provided at checkout is only an estimate of business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) that auto-populates based on destination; UPS does not guarantee delivery dates for this method, and we are unable to offer shipping methods with guaranteed delivery dates, whether via USPS or UPS, at this time.
Alchemy Labs is NOT responsible for stolen/lost packages or packages sent to the wrong address once the parcel has left our facility and is in the hands of the shipping provider. We will do our best to assist in investigating these occurrences, but it is ultimately the customer's responsibility to file these specific claims with the appropriate shipping provider.
Domestic Special Cases:
All APO/FPO/DPO addresses are considered domestic/diplomatic mail by USPS, and as such, are not subject to international shipping fees.
When placing an order to a military or diplomatic installment, DO NOT enter the country in which the installment is located for the shipping address. This causes our system to override the shipping classification and charges you for international shipping instead of domestic (or may block you from ordering if the destination country is not on our approved list). Overseas military addresses must contain the APO/FPO/DPO destination along with a two-character "state" abbreviation of AE, AP, or AA and the ZIP code — that way it will register as military or diplomatic, and not international.
PO Box Addresses
UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes; therefore, all orders destined for a PO Box will be shipped via USPS and will have the same shipment time as regular domestic orders.
Delays due to weather, holidays, etc.
We do our best to estimate the most accurate delivery time for your convenience. However, please be aware that delivery times are in fact estimates, provided by the respective mail couriers, and circumstances such as weather, holidays, etc. may delay the arrival of your order. We will try our best to alert you to any delays via the message ribbon at the top of our site.
What should I do if I received damaged goods?
If damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box/padded envelope, any packing materials, as well as the item(s) inside and contact our Customer Support Department at email@example.com.
We offer discounted international shipping rates, calculated at checkout, for all international shipments. International orders will be processed the same day the order is placed if your order is received by 3:00 pm CT (UTC -5), Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Orders received after 3:00 pm CT will be processed on the next business day. Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are populated by the selected carrier, and are only approximations; Alchemy Labs is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers to the local carrier in your country, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.
You are responsible for knowing the import regulations for your country. Please research all products to ensure that they are legal for importation PRIOR to ordering. Once the order has left our premises, we cannot be held responsible for customs delays. Most countries should have no trouble, but we post this disclaimer in the off chance that an issue does present itself. The customer assumes all responsibility for any additional fees charged by customs; Alchemy Labs does not have any control over any customs or back end fees.
If, by chance, the order is returned to us and you wish to receive a refund, we will do so only after we have received the goods back. The refund will be calculated as total cost less shipping and a 15% restocking fee (refund = order total - 15% restocking fee - shipping).
We provide tracking information for all orders via the email address you provide when checking out, so please be diligent and keep track of your order progress through the mail system.
We do not have a reship policy. We DO assume that all clients are aware of their own country’s laws and therefore you are responsible for dealing with your country’s customs. Customs fees may apply and will be in addition to shipping fees. There will be additional processing time for the package to be processed through customs. Sometimes approval takes only a few days, but packages can take 2-4 weeks to get through the customs process.
Please know your own import regulations before ordering. It is your responsibility. If customs does not return the products to us, we cannot issue the 85% refund to you. If your order is denied entry into your country, we strongly advise attempting to have the items sent back to us and we will refund your order less shipping and a 15% restocking fee, as stated above.
